Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Free samples or promotional items.
Products purchased during special sales or promotional events (unless the product is damaged or defective).
1.3 Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team with photos and details of the issue.

Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.

2.2 Return Shipping:
Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than a damaged or defective product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We will provide you with a return shipping address, and you are responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you are returning a product due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a pickup.
2.3 Packaging and Condition:
Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
2.4 Return Approval:
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will notify you via email and proceed with the refund or exchange process.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Options:
Once your return is approved, you will have the following refund options:
Refund to Original Payment Method: If you paid by credit/debit card, UPI, or any other method through Razorpay, the refund will be processed back to the same payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Store Credit: You may opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website or app. Store credits will be issued within 3 business days of return approval.
3.2 Partial Refunds:
If only a portion of the order is returned, a partial refund will be processed for the returned items. Shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
3.3 Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details to our customer support team for processing. The refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same process as returning the product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a refund or store credit for the difference.
