Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

- If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product as per our refund and return policy.
2. Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Please ensure to inspect your products upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.
- Refund Process:
- Once we have received the returned item and confirmed the issue, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
